If one can find the solution to the identified problem and can create it or mass produce it and market it properly, one can certainly become a successful entrepreneur, stressed Shashikant Chaudhary.

“This entire exercise would also involve a certain essential ingredient in one’s psyche or attitude. One should be passionate in achieving the dream of the particular field of expertise and in turn a successful entrepreneur,” he said.

Chaudhary stressed on one very vital marketing strategy which one should envision when one starts off an entrepreneurship. The bulk of middle class population which numbers almost 100 crore offers a very good target for purchasing or utilizing what the entrepreneur creates. He also added that this is a very favorable time for the startup of any entrepreneurship. The socio-economic conditions are favorable as never before and would continue to be so for the next 10 years. What one can encash now can never be done in future, Chaudhary asserted.

The teachers in Vidarbha have again decided to boycott examinations of Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. The teachers, under the banner of Vidarbha Junior College Teachers’ Association (VIJUCTA), will boycott Class XII examination from February 3. However, before that, the teachers, led by the General Secretary of VIJUCTAAshok Gavhankar, will take out a morcha from Yeshwant Stadium to the office of Divisional Education Deputy Director on January 20. The VIJUCTA has warned the Government of intensifying the agitation if their demands are not accepted. The agitation would be run in stages, the VIJUCTA has said.

TEACHERS’ DEMANDS:

CBSE-600x292Nagpur News.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in its venture of providing a slew of New Year gifts to students, has decided to issue Admit Cards for Class 10th and Class 12th exams online this year. However, at present only schools have been authorized to download the Admit Cards so that any flaws in the Cards could be corrected at school-level itself.

The CBSE has given the link on its website to the recognized schools. The schools have to send the data of Class 10th and Class 12th students on this link till January 20. The CBSE, on the basis of school data, will issue the Admit Cards in February.

The schools can take out the print of the Admit Cards by login the CHSE website once it starts issuing the same. But the schools have to mention the School Code and Recognition Code for taking out the print out of the Admit Cards.

The schools have been authorized to correct any wrong information on the Admit Cards issued by the CBSE, if there is any. But the schools have to notify the CBSE office about the corrections.

Till now, the CBSE used to issue printed Admit Cards to the students. And if the Admit Cards contained any wrong information, the corrective process used to take a considerable time and thus making the students uneasy unnecessarily till the corrections. The schools were first making the corrections and then the Admit Cards were to be sent to the CBSE office and after final corrections by the CBSE, the Admit Cards were to be sent again to the concerned schools. Hence the CBSE decision to issue Admit Cards to Class 10th and Class 12th students online.

As series of problems continue to play with the future of the students due to the tussle between the College Administration and University and procedural flaws, Thousands of students’ careers are at stake.

For a 2 year Post Gradute Course, the M.Tech students of the Abha Giakwad Patil college and Raisoni engineering college have already spent a span of 2 and 1/2yr now and still are left clueless about their degrees as no Project assessment exam is being conducted as the College failed to have Approved teacher.
The situation is so worst that even if they conduct the examination on immediate basis, by the time these students get their result, it would show that they took 3 years to complete a 2 year course and they would face lot of questions at the time of their job placements. Moreover, it is a sheer mental harassment and they have already lost on so much of time and hardwork and to add to it the College authorities too have been rude with them.

As all this is affecting their lives and disturbing their morality, BJYM requested the Pro-VC to take immediate possible action/steps to save their career from getting devastated.

Secondly, similar demand of quick action for students of 18 B.Ed colleges was made, who have a similar problem and for 1 year course, it is almost 1 and half year and for no fault of students, they are became victimized.

The Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has decided to crack the whip against those blacklisted colleges that are misguiding the students and are illegally carrying out admissions in the First Year. Such colleges would now be permanently derecognized and their affiliation cancelled. The colleges have already been blacklisted for having not a single regular teacher and have been barred the First Year admissions. This information was shared by the Vice Chancellor Dr Vilas Sapkal with the media at a press conference after inspecting documents of the colleges on Thursday.

Dr Sapkal has termed misleading of students and then giving them admissions by blacklisted colleges totally illegal and deserve derecognition. “The RTMNU had uploaded the names those colleges on its website barring admissions to the First Year. Even then the colleges misguiding the students and giving admissions could be derecognized and their affiliations cancelled under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994,” the Vice Chancellor asserted.

It may be recalled, the RTMNU had banned admissions of the First Year for academic year 2013-14 in such colleges that were found having no regular teachers. However, many of such colleges, not only admitted students for the First Year, but also filled up examination forms from them. Recently, the students of Sitabuldi-based Mahalaxmi Jagdamba (M J College) had filed FIRs against the College for “cheating” the students. The issue of illegal admissions from then onwards started getting murkier.

Interestingly, the M J College had got recognition of RTMNU for starting the college in Koradi. However, the owner of the College, Uday Tekade started the Mahalaxmi Jagadamba College from Bhagini Mandal in Sitabuldi in Nagpur. This college, too, was in the list of blacklisted colleges. Despite this fact, Uday Tekade admitted students for courses such as Master of Fashion Design (MFD), Bachelor of Fashion Design (BFD), Bachelor of Textiles (BTS) by misleading the students of having RTMNU recognition and giving them the First Year admissions. Moreover, the college also recovered course fees and examination charges. However, the students were shocked when they learnt the illegal affairs of the college after reaching the examination centre as they had not received the admission cards for the examination.

Nagpur News: Sunday the January 19 turned the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) premises a battlefield with hundreds of students demanding they be allowed to appear for examinations. At the same time, RTMNU’s Vidvat Parishad was holding its crucial meeting in the afternoon. The gathered students started shouting high-pitched slogans thereby raising their demands. However, the premises took the shape of a war-zone in the evening when the mob of students, outraged by no communication at all by the concerned RTMNU officials with them, resorted to violence and started damaging the property during the ongoing Vidvat Parishad meeting. The students were led by the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI).

The RTMNU authorities, after witnessing the volcanic mood of the students, deployed police in large number in order to control the students and the damage to property as well.

The red faces of hundreds of students, being deprived of appearance in the examinations, were clearly visible as the situation was getting hotter and hotter with every passing minute. In the afternoon, seven delegations of the students were separately called to put up their demands before the RTMNU authorities. But till evening, no discussions were at all held with the delegations. The owners/directors of the colleges were also present at the RTMNU during the demonstration by the students.Police were also deployed by the RTMNU authorities.

It may be recalled, the RTMNU had blacklisted 250 colleges having not a single regular teacher as a fall out of a petition filed in the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court against these colleges. The University then issued the list of such colleges and subsequently barred the First Year admissions for the academic year 2013-14 in these colleges. However, some colleges admitted students despite the ban believing the ban would be lifted after some time. But the issue is in the High Court for its consideration.

Since the issue is in Court, the RTMNU did not accept the examination forms of the students who had taken admissions in such colleges and thereby disallowed them to appear in the examinations. The frustrated students first raised their voice against their respective colleges for misguiding them and recovering fees. Today, hundreds of students reached the RTMNU for justice as they are on the verge of losing an academic year. And the mishandling of the situation on the part of RTMNU authorities resulted in violence and damage to property of the University. The Sitabuldi police were called for controlling the situation.
